1. Introduction
Assurion Labs ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who visits and uses assurionlabs.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, how we protect it, and what rights you have with respect to your personal information.
By using the Site or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please discontinue use of the Site.
This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms & Conditions.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
Information You Provide Directly
- Account and order information: When you create an account or place an order, we collect your name, email address, billing address, shipping address, phone number, and order details. When you create an account on our sign-in page we collect your first and last name, your email address and a password (stored only as a one-way cryptographic hash, never in readable form), the date and IP address of sign-up, and, only if you tick the optional box, your choice to receive special offers together with the date, IP address and wording shown when you chose it.
- Payment information: Payment card details are collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
- Purchaser verification: Each time you sign in or create an account and complete our on-site compliance verification, we log a timestamped record of your confirmation, IP address, browser details, the page you were viewing, the statements you confirmed (and the version of their wording), and the account that confirmed them, as required by our Terms & Conditions.
- Communications: When you contact us via our contact form or by email, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message.
- Affiliate program information: If you apply to our affiliate program, we collect your first name and full legal name, your date of birth (to confirm that you are at least 21), the social media accounts, handles and links you tell us you will post on, your audience size, the note you write in your application, the signed agreement you upload, and the payout details you give us.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies — small text files stored on your device — and similar technologies to operate and improve the Site. The types of cookies we use include:
- Strictly necessary cookies: Required for the Site to function. These include session cookies that maintain your cart contents, your sign-in session and security tokens, and the access-verification cookie (
wordpress_al_gate), a digitally signed token, containing no name or email address, that records that you signed in and confirmed the required statements. It expires every day at midnight Eastern Time, or sooner if we update those statements or our policies, so you will be asked to re-confirm the statements at your next visit each day. These cannot be disabled without affecting Site functionality; without them you cannot access the Site. - Functional cookies: Remember your preferences and settings to improve your experience on return visits.
- Analytics cookies: Collect aggregated, anonymized data about how visitors use the Site. We use this information to understand traffic patterns and improve Site performance. No personally identifiable information is collected by these cookies.
You can control or disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Site, including the ability to add items to your cart or complete checkout. For information on managing cookies in your specific browser, refer to your browser's help documentation.
