Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected carrier. Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on business days ship same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET or on weekends ship the next business day.
All Assurion Labs compounds are lyophilized (freeze-dried) and stable at ambient temperature for shipping. However, we ship all orders in temperature-controlled packaging as a standard practice — at no additional cost to you.
All orders ship in foam-insulated boxes with gel ice packs for temperature stability.

All Sales Final — No Returns Accepted
Due to the highly regulated and temperature-sensitive nature of research-grade peptide compounds, Assurion Labs does not accept returns of any kind. All sales are final. We strongly encourage you to review your order carefully before placing it.
If your order arrives damaged in transit or the wrong compound was shipped due to our error, we will issue a replacement at no charge. You must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery and provide a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. This is the sole exception to our no-return policy and applies only to carrier damage or fulfillment errors — not to dissatisfaction with the product.
Once a vial has been opened, reconstituted, or accepted without a damage claim, no refund or exchange will be issued under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if they have not yet entered fulfillment. After that window, cancellations are not possible. Contact us immediately at our support page if you need to cancel.
